At SureSMM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.
1. General Policy
All payments made on our panel are final. Once an order has been placed and processing has started, refunds are not available, except in specific cases listed below.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. The balance you add must be used for future orders through your SureSMM account.
2. Payment Disputes
By completing a payment, you agree not to file any dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated after depositing funds, SureSMM reserves the right to:
- Terminate your account permanently.
- Cancel all pending and future orders.
- Revoke any followers, likes, or other services delivered to your or your client’s social media accounts.
Fraudulent activity, such as using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will lead to an immediate account ban without exception.
3. Order Refunds
Orders placed through SureSMM cannot be canceled or refunded once they have started processing.
If an order is non-deliverable due to a technical issue or provider error, the order amount will be refunded as credit to your panel balance, not to your payment method.
Misplaced or Private Account orders (where your profile is private or the username/link was entered incorrectly) do not qualify for a refund.
Please double-check all order details before submitting.
4. Multiple Server Usage
Do not use more than one server or provider simultaneously for the same link or account. This can cause inaccurate follower/like counts or delivery errors.
We will not issue refunds for such orders.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Incorrect or invalid links submitted by the user.
- Completed or partially completed orders.
- Drops or decreases caused by social media platform updates.
- User accounts suspended or restricted by the platform.
- User decides not to continue after placing an order.
6. Policy Updates
SureSMM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
